GLUTEN-FREE AT ANIMAL KINGDOM

We spent two of our six days at Animal Kingdom so we ate at more than a few spots and I can’t wait to share with you what I have found in my food research {aka, my favorite kind of research!}.

The store in Mombasa Marketplace has a whole gluten free section. You can get things like bags of cookies, chocolate protein balls, tortilla chips, seed and fruit mix, snack bars and cranberry mix. They have tons of options that you can buy and then take to eat in line while you have a long wait. In that same store I got a rice krispy treat that was pretty tasty!
If you haven’t read my 10 Tips for Animal Kingdom you can do that here. This has some tips about food but mostly just things I have learned at my time in the parks! I hope you enjoyed this post and you found it helpful on your trip to Animal Kingdom.
